HOW WILL MY GIFT BE PACKAGED?

All products will be carefully packed into our beautiful signature box with cushioning shred to protect the items during transit. Your card will be placed inside the box and the box is tied with grosgrain ribbon. Each BOWERBOX will be shipped in a protective shipping box to ensure it arrives looking lovely.
BOWERBOX is committed to improving the state of our environment and is working towards making our packaging as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible. The paper shred and our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled material. Our BOWERBOX boxes are a keepsake and we love seeing how they’re being re-used- please tag us on social media with #mybowerbox to show us the clever ways you’re recycling your BOWERBOX!

DO THE BOXES COME WITH A CARD?

All BOWERBOX’s come with a hand-written card for a personal touch. You provide us with a message and we provide our very, best handwriting.

DO THE PRODUCTS AND BOXES CHANGE?

You better believe it! We are constantly sourcing new and exciting brands and gifts to add to our line-up! (It’s the bowerbird in us- we can’t stay away from the shiny!) 

MY BOX IS A GIFT. I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES.

We always assume your BOWERBOX is a gift and never include any evidence of prices or receipts.  You will receive your receipt electronically to your email address. 

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Shipping is included on standard, domestic deliveries. International and Next Day Delivery options incur extra charges. Please email us at hello@bowerbox.com.au if you need assistance or a specific shipping solution- we love a good shipping challenge!!

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?

Unfortunately not. We need a physical address to ship to as our orders are sent with couriers.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to any physical address in Australia (sorry, no PO Boxes!) and internationally on a case-by-case basis. We are more than happy to help you surprise your loved ones internationally with BOWERBOX so please email hello@bowerbox.com.au and we will arrange an individualised shipping quote which may include duties and taxes dependant on the location.

Please note that free shipping only applies to domestic orders via standard shipping.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders take anywhere between 1-5 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. We guarantee that we will send your BOWERBOX by the quickest and most reliable delivery option available. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is collected by our courier’s so you can track the journey of your BOWERBOX.

We ship Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm EST and are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?

If the recipient is not home to receive their BOWERBOX, our courier’s will look for a safe and dry place to leave the BOWERBOX in. If they are unable to find a safe place, the BOWERBOX will either be taken to a local postal depot for collection or it may be returned to our warehouse. If it is returned to our warehouse, we will be in touch to arrange re-delivery which will incur re-delivery fees.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY GIFT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

Our courier partners will inform you when your gift has been delivered.

THE RECIPIENT HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR BOWERBOX AND I HAVEN’T RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF DELIVERY- WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please get in touch straight away at hello@bowerbox.com.au and include your order details including the recipient and order number. We will then do everything in our power to locate your order however we cannot accept responsibility for missing items once they leave our warehouse. This will be up to the shipping provider and we are more than happy to help you file a claim.
